🍞 Oh the joy of eating #grilledcheese where you’re not suppose to! We have entered the “ #terribletwos “.... which honestly just means he is developing different skills and figuring out how to be a tiny human. We have tantrums and lots of crying when we don’t get our way but it’s all normal. Doesn’t make it easy for the parents but I remember with my first thinking I was doing something wrong. Second baby, I more or less know what to expect with personality differences to keep in mind. On #worldmentalhealthday I want to remind parents and #caregivers that it’s ok to step away and calm yourself down, put the tv on, get the iPad out and let them just be so that you can take a breather. I know a lot of us don’t get regular breaks so we HAVE to take moments. Your mental health is important! You are important to that little human you care for. If all you did today was survive, it’s ok. You have made it through 100% of all your days until now.
