INGREDIENTS • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Tasty Cheesy Seasoning, divided • 1 cup panko bread crumbs • 1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast • 1 egg, beaten • 2 tablespoons water • 3/4 cup marinara sauce Substitutions available • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning and panko in shallow dish. Mix egg and water in a separate shallow dish or bowl. Coat chicken with egg mixture, then coat chicken evenly on both sides with panko mixture. Arrange chicken on large shallow foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Discard any remaining egg and panko. • Spray chicken lightly with no stick cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. • Remove from oven. Spoon marinara sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1 teaspoon of the Seasoning. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with cooked spaghetti and Quick Garlic Bread (see below ), if desired. • Serving Suggestion: For Quick Garlic Bread, mix 1 tablespoon McCormick® Cheesy Seasoning with 1/2 stick softened butter. Cut 1 loaf Italian bread in half lengthwise and spread with butter mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
